Join Pushroot Brewing + Meadowlark Market & Kitchen for a set of sensory and educational experiences to promote the slow food movement, and more specifically, beer!

Monday, Nov 17
- Tasting | Sensory Analysis and Flavor Tasting – 3 Off-Flavor Samples and Discussion around Tasting Notes
- Presentation – The History of Beer and the Slow Food… Fermentation… Movement!
- Meadowlark will create a grazing board with heavy apps/charcuterie. Bread-based staples, cheeses, meats, pickled items, etc for folks to graze on during the discussion/presentation.
Part 2 | Drink Beer As A Foodie: Food Pairings w/ Beer
Monday, Dec 8

- Meadowlark will create a 3 different food pairings – ie. a Vinegar-based salad with berries, a BBQ item (short ribs, carnitas taco, etc), and a dessert (ice cream) to accompany the food pairing discussion.
